All our floor panels and interior liners come cut to size and predrilled ready for installation it only takes a few self tapping screws and rivets and a couple of hours and the job is done. Van conversion walls job well done. Jul 22 2018 we decided that rather than paneling the van walls with wood we would carpet it to get a better finish and make it seem warmer. Remove all the hard board panels from the interior of the van. Protecting the inside of your van with a plywood lining protects the outside panels from dings and dents caused by loose loads which will inevitably lead to rust marks. It looks a lot cleaner has a nicer finish and also helps to further insulate the van and reduce condensation build up while cooking and sleeping.
